I chose Lamabet to play at based on the high rating and my fellow gambling community feedback received from Casinoguru.

i opened my Lamabet account and made my first two deposits using Interac eTransfer through Gigadat. I then proceeded to complete the ID verification which was the tip of the iceberg to what was to come.

I was assigned a VIP Manager Jimmy who advised me what else was required. I provided a selfie with my current passport, bank statement, and screenshot of the deposits through Gigadat. Jimmy confirmed that I was fully verified.

I played quite a bit, made a few deposits using ApplePay, and was fortunate enough to win $10000 CAD. I attempted to make a withdrawal and all the requests were immediately canceled. I immediately contacted support through email and they referred me to Jimmy who advised that a) Deposits must be played through 3X b) Proof of ApplePay payment with name, date, and deposit amount.

I provided screenshot from the Credit card attached to my ApplyPay showing name, date, and deposit amount, in addition to the Device details on my iPhone, screenshot from my Apple Wallet with transactions, and images of the front and back of my credit card. All were declined and now I must seek the support of CasinoGuru to help me hopefully resolve this unfortunate situation. I am sharing my story to help the CasinoGuru community not have to go through this poor client experience.
