Hey,


i had around 200.000 euros on the casino and I wanted to lock the amount so I am not able to play with it anymore and cash it out. They said that this is not possible and they wouldn't lock my withdraw request either. The only thing that they would do is let the money on my account. I gambled it all away, because I knew that I was gonna gamble away it all. Is thia legal if a player says that he wants to lock his money but the casino denies this? I've chatted with them to ask this

Could you please advise if your account has been fully verified?

Have you received any explanation as to why you can't withdraw your winnings?

Do I understand correctly that you gambled away your entire balance?

Please understand that tools such as locking your winnings are not mandatory, they are just an extra feature. Unfortunately, there aren't unified regulations that would be applied to all casinos, and player protection tools are managed by the casino exclusively.

my account has been completly verified and I was able to withdraw 15.000 each week.

However I am a gambling addict (which I literally said) and I wanf to protect myself I contacted the casino if they are able to hold my balance so I canmt gble anymore. They said it was my own responsibility and I gambled the entire amount away. Recording to the law that casino's need to take care of his customers this is illigal. Indeed I gambled my entire amount away. I can ask for copy of the chats at the casino if it makes proof

Yes I had. They said that they would take care of it, but they did'nt. I have also proof that they don't have license. In my opinion it is all really weird.
