I was little bit afraid of potential withdraw after my first deposit, but both - verification process and withdrawal went smooth. After 6 succesful payouts this year, multiple contact with support and VIP manager, there is basically no minuses. To be honest, waiting time for payout also decreased from few days to 24h. You can't trust them. The Bonus rules are Not serious and they don't Help you.
For a Bank Transfer withdrawal about (for example) 40€ you only get 20€ and the Other 20€ are fees. Website is looking good, but its often pending.

100% avoid this casino. Not trustworthy at all...they have lied several times: a. After I won some money they delayed the payout by 5 days. After day 1 I asked and they said "we approved the payout its your bank who delays it." And 5 days later I had a real time transfer from them, ie they lied. b. They never did a KYC!!! c. I asked for an account closure 2x and they always came back with "I do not understand" and left my account open. After I told them I am addicted to gambling they eventuall closed down my account but asked me 3 hours later again if my decision still holds...???? Of course not. 3 hours later I am not addicted anymore...what a silly question. d. They took money from me, even though I am in Germany and they do not have a license for the German market. After I found out and told them they wanted to pay me back, we did a KYC and since then = I heard nothing. Also their VIP Email address is suddenly not available anymore.

This is the worst casino I have played at in many years. Lure with first deposit bonus and when you deposit you get none. Support said that's the way it is and closed the dialog.
