I deposit £25 with the bonus code they sent to my email and I won around 800 pound after their wager requirement for 5000 pound .as soon as I finish wagering requirement suddenly they took £407 from my account and I report them and ask for giving me back .this is cheating from me .they reply me back after 1 day and my maximum winning and the rest they deduct from my account which is ridiculous .I never happen like this before on any other sites and this is unfair .I won this after huge amount of their wagering requirement and this is not acceptable .they must notify if it’s in their terms .they are hiding those information .I can’t find anywhere email that they sent me no links and no terms .only wagering requirements .even I can’t find their terms on thier website .please help me to get my back that they are cheating or bullying .everytime I deposits they overcharged from my account and they never give back that overcharged amount .they have no live chat or any other facilities .I can contact to their email and reply me after long time sometimes ignore .I would like to get my money as soon as I can please .they have no licences and no respect for customer and no responsibility .I provide them all my details which is not safe.filefileall I sent email and their email are below .

Could you please specify what bonus did you exactly use - % up to? How much did they leave on your account after they deducted the bonus amount.

Please note that it is clearly mentioned in their terms that bonuses has max winnings. If the specific offer you received in e-mail did not mention it, it wouldn't matter anyway as it is the player's responsibility to read the casino's full terms and conditions (including bonus ones) and as you agreed to them, there isn't much we can do againt it. If the amount left on your account is equal to your deposit X the max win depending on bonus % the casino did nothing wrong.

In the part 7.20 and 7.21 is clrealy written that the max win from bonus is limited based on the bonus %. Based on that there isn't anything the casino did wrong, they just acted by their terms and conditions. Unfortunately, in this case there isn't anything else we can do for you as no fraud or nothing illegal happend.
