Recommend to stay away from this .really bad .i sent my documents but they take no responsibility and never reply .live support doing only for taking money from customer that’s it .when you want withdrawal they give you an email address to verify .i know this is the process but they never reply you and you can’t be able to withdrawal .when you ask to live support they will tell you one answer whenever you ask which is due to the high traffic and we will add a note that to do as priority then it’s nothing again .next day I ask them ,still the same answer .just hopeless .recommend not to play
