I deposited $80 for my first deposit. I played book of gold. It started to win so I uped my bet lowered my bet when it wasn’t it got up to $3000. I go to withdraw it and I get told that I’ve forfeited the winnings For suspicious behaviour and suspicious betting. I was on chat with them for over an hour and they could not explain to me exactly how my betting was suspicious and how I’d breach the policy but there was nothing they could do because the system said it was suspicious and I manipulated machine. I’m a single mum gets a little bit of spare time a little bit extra money for myself as it’s Christmas time I was stoked and then get told my betting is suspicious and I manipulated the game they would not explain to me how or show me I have screenshots of the feed and my bets

I had just registered with them am on one or two of their partner sites and never had a problem. I never used a bonus. I deposited $80. I was playing the book of goal. I even screenshot it a couple of the wins that I got to send to a friend of mine I was changing my bet I was in the jili category. Got a couple of the jili cards while playing and use them but they only give you one cent of play and they expire so you use them it’s for your wedding, but there isn’t any obligations on those I started to win some money so I up to the bet if it didn’t do anything, I’ll put it up a little bit more then I went down in bed what I do all the time because you gotta try different levels to see if you’re gonna get the bonus feature. I literally have screenshot it the hundred plays that they record and all of the messages and all they would tell me is that the system picked up suspicious play and I was unfairly betting but couldn’t tell me how you can unfairly bet or how it was suspicious behaviour and kept on repeating the exact same things. I’ve never come across this problem with any other sites before.
