The player's balance disappeared during the withdrawal process. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I joined yesterday, after winning I began the withdrawal processes, I added all my verification documents and submitted the withdraw, the first withdrawal was rejected money went back onto my account no issue, then all my documents were approved was told I didn't need anything else and was a very easy processes, withdrawal submitted again and this time it was rejected and the money was not returned to my account.
