I have won £800 on kong casino after depositing £250. They have asked for passport photo but will not accept it, now I cannot even get onto the website? To log in. I am so confused I have never had an issue like this elsewhere. I have now looked on trust pilot and the reviews are terrible. Please, if someone could help? What do I do?
