The player from France had his winnings cancelled as the deposit hasn’t been allegedly received by the casino. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hi, sorry in advance for my bad English.
2 Months ago i played on this Casino and i won 4000 Euros, i would withdraw but they canceled it, they tell me my deposit was not paid and that was they canceled my withdraw, other problem the money disapeared, they didnt credited my account with the canceled money.
And now all time i ask them why i cant have the money i won, they say, the financial department gonna answer u by mail, be patient.
They never send me an e-mail, n’obtint.
I dont know what to do.
