I requested a withdrawal over a week ago and still no word. When I talk to a rep in live chat they always give me the same automated response. I asked if I need to verify my account now and they said no. I asked if I need to verify in the future and they say they can't answer that question. I asked how to get in touch with someone who can answer but they said that is not possible. I feel like they are giving me the runaround. I have kept a transcript of the last discussion I had with the live chat in an email. Extremely unprofessional.
