Dear Emgems35,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience with KingHills Casino.

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can better understand the situation.

  • Could you please share which bonus you activated and played that led to your winnings?
  • Have you contacted casino support and asked for an explanation? With what result?
  • Could you please share your communication with the casino? Send emails or chat transcripts to my email at tomas@casino.guru, or post screenshots here

I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you very much in advance for your reply.

Were you able to check your bonus/promotion history? It's possible the casino applied one of the maximum win rules regarding your bonus if you accepted one.file

Please let me know if that's the case, or whether you need further assistance.

You should be able to access your bonus history and inquire about any rules of the bonuses you accepted and played.

file

On mobile, the section can be found when clicking on your player profile picture in the upper right corner, then 'history' and 'bonus history'

Have you contacted the casino live chat regarding the specific rules of the bonus you accepted? With what result?
