Hello, I’m probably just overthinking it but I’ve been playing king Johnnie casino for quite some time and made afew withdrawals from there. The longest I’ve ever waited to receive the funds has been three days maximum, sometimes I get the funds within 24 hours. But recently I’ve made two withdrawals one of $230 which was processed on the 11th of may and 1700 on the 12th of may and I have not received any withdrawal funds at all and I’m starting to worry I won’t be receiving them.

Do I understand correctly that payments are still pending inside your account without being processed or they have been sent but never reached you?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive them.
