1. Yes I have contacted casino support ,but they disconnecting and they blocked my number and WhatsApp number also they not responding.

So ,I played game with 10250 , After playing game I'm withdrawal 6000 and again 4000 but I didn't received money not withdrawal money and after they asked kyc all documents . I have submitted all documents.after submission of documents they blocked my khelostar Id after 6days .

We have have been called to customer support they told us to say I'd of game and they kept on hold for 10 minutes they have been cut the call and they us block for several days and I have been called us with my friends mobiles and they asked id and hold for few minutes and cutted the call

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Rakesh996, all e-mails I have sent to the Khelostar team have returned undelivered. There are no other ways for us to reach them.

Usually, in such case I would recommend you to lodge a complaint with a license regulator, but this casino does not have any license, therefore, it is not regulated and no one can accept any complaints regarding it. Now, I must close this complaint as unresolved which will affect the casino's Safety Index which may cause them to respond to further complaints and maybe even reopen this one. Unfortunately, there is nothing we or you can do now, only wait for a chance to be paid out. I am sorry I could not be more of help.
