1. Yes I have contacted casino support ,but they disconnecting and they blocked my number and WhatsApp number also they not responding.

We have have been called to customer support they told us to say I'd of game and they kept on hold for 10 minutes they have been cut the call and they us block for several days and I have been called us with my friends mobiles and they asked id and hold for few minutes and cutted the call
