The player from India had experienced an account closure after he requested a withdrawal of Rs 23k from KheloStar Casino. The casino had blocked all communication channels and had not provided any explanation for the account closure. The player's account was not verified at the time of closure and he had claimed his winnings were accumulated from real balance, not bonuses. Despite our team's efforts to contact the casino and request an explanation, there was no response from the casino. Consequently, we had to close the complaint as 'unresolved'.

The great fraud site ever.please don't sign up and deposit your money here.they will surely block you and not giving your withdrawal amount .I have made a withdrawal of rs 23k on 21 January 2024,but in very next morning they block my account without any explanation in my registered email..I tried their live chat also via guest login,but they also didn't reply by any single word and block the live chat also.. please help me to get my withdrawal.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

No sir,my account is not verified yet,as they didn't give me any single scope to verify my account..As already I mentioned,they blocked all the way to communicate them..


Yes,I accumulated all my winnings from my real balance only,I didn't use any bonuses.


I am trying to contact them yesterday night via their live chat but after seeing my khelostar username they blocked the live chat immediately.
