I joined casino played religiously for 2 weeks. Won over 9k. Submitted identification so I could make a withdrawal. The next thing my account was blocked and they said I committed a breach. They insisted on paying me my deposits back. I wasn't able to gather any information about alleged breach. I never received my deposit monies back. The casino is a scam.

I can confirm that there was no active bonus. I took the initial bonus, thereafter I made several deposits without activating any bonuses. I had submitted my documents for verification. I have no access to the account as this was blocked before I made a withdrawal request. I did make the casino aware of my intentions to make a withdrawal and asked them what documents I needed to submit.  I sent the casino documents so that they could be uploaded on my behalf as I was experiencing difficulties when trying to upload. Once my documents were receive it was shortly after that my account was blocked. Therefore, there was no time available for me to gather any account information so I am unable to send an excel spreadsheet with account history.  The casino should be able to provide information on my account. I would also like a copy. If as alleged there is a breach why has the casino offered a refund of all my deposits, which incidentally I have not yet received. I even opened a bitcoin account at the request of the casino so I could be refunded via bitcoin currency.

We would like to ask the Keep Spinning Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.

The Casino can ask to reopen this complaint anytime.
