Despite the casino's initial promise of a refund, they later claimed the deposit had been credited and played. The player had received no response on the matter for two weeks. We had attempted to investigate the issue, asking the player for more details and extending the complaint response time frame. However, due to the player's lack of response, we had been unable to proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

5 weeks ago I was playing I deposited 100 but their bank page took me too a different bank page and when I deposited told it would take up too a day to hit my account so I deposited another 100 played then waited for my first deposit , didn’t show, contact casino told first up will be refunded in three days after a week told it was deposited in my casino account and played? How ?I closed the account the day they took my money, then told no all good will be returned, nothing for 2 weeks now they won’t answer me at all, scammers lies and thieves that what they are , need reporting here are the two bank receipts if you see they are not the same

Do I understand correctly that you are not aware of playing with the deposit? Is there any chance that it was credited but you didn't notice it?
