The player from United Kingdom is experiencing difficulties withdrawing his winnings. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
They lied telling me my bank declined my payment.spoke with my bank they had not received any such payment.
They transferred money back to my account but blocked my card so had no way of withdrawing money!
Customer service said several times I'd recieve email! Nothing ever came! Absolute joke of a company!

Do I understand correctly that your bank card has been blocked for further deposits? When you were advised about payment being rejected by the bank, I believe it was intermediary bank, not yours. Could you please advise if you have received any payments in the past? Have you been advised by casino to use any alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings?
