I have been a regular player on their platform for several years, having deposited over €25,000 without any complaints, despite my losses. However, when it came time for me to withdraw my funds, I have been met with an utter lack of professionalism and communication.


Here are the main issues I’ve faced:


Unresponsive Customer Support: Despite sending several emails over the past few days, I have received no response. The customer support team has repeatedly failed to address my concerns, with responses that are clearly pre-written and robotic in nature. They have provided no real answers or updates on the status of my withdrawal.


Being Ignored and Banned from Live Chat: I was removed from the live chat system with no explanation and left completely in the dark about my funds. Even though I have been a loyal customer, it feels as though they have ignored my case entirely once the withdrawal process was requested.


Lack of Authority Among Customer Support: Most of the agents I interacted with lacked the necessary permissions to escalate the issue or to communicate directly with the department responsible for processing withdrawals. Instead, I received the same generic, empty responses with no real action being taken.


Delays and Unfounded Excuses: The platform has been citing "security checks" as the reason for the delay, but I find it highly suspicious that such checks take days to complete. How can it be that a simple withdrawal request requires such extensive delays? This explanation seems like a fabricated excuse to hold my funds for as long as possible.


Failure to Acknowledge My Loyalty: It is incredibly frustrating that a platform I’ve spent years with, and where I’ve deposited such a large sum of money, has treated me with complete disrespect when I requested my withdrawal. Not once during my time on this platform did I raise an issue, even as I lost money. But now, at the time when I ask for my rightful funds, I’m being treated like a stranger.


The Platform’s Negligence: This casino claims that the delays are for my "safety," but since when does withholding a customer's funds have anything to do with safety? It feels more like a tactic to delay and withhold money from customers, which raises serious questions about the integrity of this platform.


I want to make it very clear that this is not just a simple delay — it’s a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. It is especially alarming considering I have a following of loyal subscribers on my YouTube channel who joined this platform based on my recommendations. It is unfortunate that they are now witnessing this kind of treatment, which I cannot condone.


If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter further and warn other potential customers about this casino’s unethical practices. This includes reporting the platform to relevant regulatory bodies and sharing my experience on my social media and YouTube channel to ensure that others are informed and avoid dealing with this fraudulent casino.


I strongly urge you to avoid this platform at all costs, as they have shown themselves to be unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. Do not fall into their trap.
