The player from Denmark has a withdrawal issue at Justbit Casino. After winnings of around €1900, the casino advised him to make a new deposit via an e-wallet for a quicker withdrawal. The player was told the withdrawal could still take up to 3 days, despite promises of faster service. The player later informed us that he received his winnings and the complaint was closed as resolved.

I decided to play on Justbit casino and then proceeded to make my deposit and then after many hours of play I run my balance up to around 1900 €

I then contact live support and ask for guidance to what's the best way for me to withdraw my funds since I deposited with Revolut.


The agent then suggest me to make a new deposit of 20 € with an e wallet account so that I can quickly withdraw the whole balance back to my Neteller account.


So In order to withdraw my funds I will have to deposit money again to the casino?


Now I am asking support when will my withdrawal be processed and he says it can take up to 3 days for my withdrawal?


When I clicked withdraw it says usually in seconds and neteller and skill is always very quick or instant


I am even EXPERT 8 Vip and that should also give me fast withdrawals

Yes that is correct I have already made a new deposit with neteller and now I am trying to withdraw the whole balance back to my neteller account its still pending

I really hope they will process my withdrawal quickly I am already sceptical about using curaçao sites but after researching for hours this one seems to have a lot of positive and good reviews
