The player from the Netherlands wishes their deposits to be reimbursed since the casino doesn’t hold Dutch License. Player’s complaint has been resolved successfully.
JustBit.io is not allowed to operate in the Netherlands, but they still advertise themselves as a regulated and licensed online casino. It was against the law to deposit and play on this website, after checking with the Gambling authorities I was told that Justbit is illegally offering games to Dutch citizens. It shouldn't be able for a Dutch citizen to register I was told by Justbit, why is it then possible to use a Dutch phone number? And select The Netherlands in the list of countries.
Justbit.io knows what it is doing by allowing Dutch people to register, while in their terms and conditions it has written that Dutch citizens are not allowed to play but on web advertisements when you click the link it says Justbit is a regulated Dutch casino. I want all my money back because I am clearly deceived as it should never be possible to play on this website as it isn't authorized by the Dutch gambling authority.

We are an independent online casinos database which acts as a mediator in resolving players’ disputes. We have no authority to enforce the legality of rules.
Unfortunately, in this case, we are not able to help you and you are not entitled to any refund of your deposits. I can only recommend you to do better research next time and play only in the casinos licensed by The KSA (Kansspelautoriteit). Some of those casinos can be found here.

I will report them to the authorities and hope they get a big fine. After banning myself because of a gambling addiction I could still play that's when the alarm bells started ringing that they weren't licensed. It's also funny you solely lay the blame on me and not the online casino deceiving people through advertising.
