The total winning of €28,000 hadn't been issued, although the player had received three initial withdrawals of €500 each. Jupi casino doesn't pay out winning.

On August 15th I won 28,000 EU. I have already passed all verification checks.

I had 3 withdrawals on 31.08.2023, 04.09.2023 and 08.09.2023 for 500 EU.

I haven't been able to receive my next withdrawal since 13.09.2023.

They are not rejecting the payment, but simply leaving in pending my withdrawal.

Now I have 9,000 EU on my account. I am not sure that I can withdrawal this money. filefilefile

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Do I understand correctly that the first three withdrawals have been successfully processed? Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

I don't use any bonus.

I have already received the first three withdrawals. 

Today is 25.09. I finally received the fourth withdrawal of money to my account. 

I waited 22 days for my last withdrawal. Usually on e-wallet the withdrawal of money takes from 0-24 hour. They play for time so that the player loses all his winnings. 

I don’t know how long I will wait for my next withdrawal.
