I have played at jupicasino and won big on sports games and casino. I have won 174,000 euros which is in my cash register. I am verified and approved. I have received 2 payments of 500 euros. but now they have not paid out anything more. on support, they don't know anything. I also don't get an answer why everything is delayed. their limit of 7000 euros a month is completely impossible to achieve. I want help with getting my money out of jupicasino.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

I want to appeal. they continue to grind to maturity. always how sorry they are for the delay in payment. I have had 174,000 euros. since October 23 to April 24, I have been paid 20,000 euros. I have 155,000 in the account and I have done exactly as they told me regarding the required documents. They simply don't want to pay it outright. taking all the help I can get.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point, where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us.

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach.

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts to resolve any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Jupi Casino. I wish I could be of more help.
