The player from India was unable to login due to reported technical work and had not received a response from customer support despite having reached out several times over the past 5 days. The player had last accessed his account on 22nd April and had successfully verified his account. He also confirmed that no one else had accessed his account or used his IP address. We asked the casino for a detailed explanation and they clarified that the casino had been offline due to technical upgrades. We asked the player to try logging in again, but received no response. Therefore, we were forced to reject the complaint due to lack of further communication from the player.

We will contact the casino and ask for supporting evidence, but, before we do so, could you please advise if, to the best of your knowledge, there’s a possibility that someone else from your family members or neighbors has opened an account from the same IP address or device as yours or using your email address? Were your winnings accumulated with or without an active bonus? Was your account previously verified?

No all my winnings deposit on my bank account,No one is using this account on my ip address,My account is already verified by casino department There is no possibility that some other one is using this ip address.
