My name is Pushpendra Singh Rathore and my showlion ID is chukky20@gmail.com - I am a regular player on Showlion website. I am very disappointed with the site and site support. I have withdrawl an amount from this site on Tuesday but still I have not got my money and they says 24 hours checkout.
When I spoke to the support they said that we are very busy in withdrawl process and your amount will be clear on tuesday it means they are taking a week to process withdrawl.
Also, when we go to chat support we describe our issuess the person ask us to wait aftre that the chat automatically end and we need to start the same chat with the different executive, ithappend many time with me.
I requested to the support to make my withdrawl process soon but haven't got the proper response.
I very disappointed with the Showlion and will not play and suggest anyone to use this. Also, I will ask my group to not to use this who are already using this.
I hope here I will get my issue resolved.

I am sorry for your troubles. I want to ask: Did you already pass trough KYC? First withdrawals usually take more time, and full verification is necessary. In rare occasions the casino also checks the player history, which takes even more time.
Please be patient and wait a little longer.

Iam playing this from last 7 to 8 months and withdrawl many times... But this time only they have took this much time... Kyc was already done innitialy...plz compenstiate me for this delay.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunately, we can't compensate you anyhow. The casino may time to time do a random check (It should be maximum two times per year) This probably caused the delay. If you wish, you can ask the casino directly to compensate you.
