The player from Croatia had reported a problem with his $100 win at an online casino. He had completed the necessary withdrawal requirements including ID and face verification and a $20 deposit. Despite this, his withdrawal was not processed and he was asked to deposit more money by the casino's agents. We had contacted the casino to clarify the issue, but received no response. As a result, we had to close the complaint as 'unresolved'.

BIG SCAM.

I win 100 dollars before 15 days.I ask agent what need make for payouts agwnt said that need send my ID card with my face.After make this agent said that now all ok and that can go on wire transfer and fill data ans in notes writes my crypto adress and leave my adress if whant payouts over crypto.I make this and agent said that that payout is kn 48 hour.After 10 days my payouts reserve and agent said that need make deposit 20$ and then can make withdrawal.I make this .Again withdrawal not come and todsy agent said first that wait then said that need send my verifity(when said that my verifity pass) agent say that need deposit more money.I say that deposit 20 what how agent tell me couple days before.But he not whant gave withdrawal only ask more money.Big scam I have proof of chat sith agents.Can anybody help me?

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? How much did you deposit so far and what payments you used? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I register before 13-14 day.I make with bonus 100$ and full all rules.I contact first agent before 13-14 days and ask how now withdrawal.Agent tell me that need first send my id and selfie in email.I send this time and agent said that all good and my verifity pass.Then agent sai need choice wire payouts and in notes put my litecoin adress and that got payout for 48h.After 7 days how my payout not come and 100$ reserve to my account I again contact support and support said after check that need make 20$ because this is terms and rules.Next day I whant deposit and larry agent (picture down) said that need make minimal 24$ not 20 and thats all.I make this and agent larry said how check all and how finnaly all ok and tomorow my payment be done.Next day contact again agent because not got payout and agent Priscilia who tell me before 13 days that deposit only 20 said that need waited.Then said that payouts not come because not send documents.When said that documents send to Priscilia before 13 days and that she verifity all Priscilia answer me :hold on.After 20 minutes Priscilia say how aftwr all need make deposit more 27 $ .I say that 3 times different agents change all and that she tell me before 13 days other she said sorry and close chat.Simple scam for 20$ and broke all rules.Here down picture and have and other.file

I send different agent about 15 pictures how tell me that first need deposit 20 then 24 and when make this again change all and never send my payouts.Before register I ask all agent and ask how goes procces of payouts and are can withdrawal over crypto he said that all can and deposit only 20.He scam and some other people because in different gamble forums have same proofs how he said one and then scam people ans people on end depsoit more money than newd payouts.What point deposot 100$ if my payouts 100$

And whant shate with you some pictures.I ask agent before register what is correct rules if win money.Here what write me you can read.And today same agent write same thing.If he blackmails people and scam for small money then do this for bigger.I ask all about rules he said to me if make playtrough x50 and win max 100$ that no have hidden tricks only need send my ID with my face what I do same day.But after this start problem casino juicy chsnge rules and ask more and more money for deposit.After deposit one time he asked for more.And worst thing is how agent after my deposit say that all ok abd how my payout aproved and that wait friday(I have screenshot)
