The player from Sri Lanka made a deposit, but it has not been credited to his account. After investigating the issue in more detail, we found out that the player made the deposit from his Binance account and that he mixed up the hashes of the transactions which caused the confusion. Unfortunately, we ended up closing the complaint as unresolved because the casino stopped responding.

Hello ,


I am himesh and I was played in juicy vegas, I deposit amount 503$ through the BTC wallet in binance but the transection not showing on my casino account 31/05/2023.then I checked my transection it says on block chain confirmed and sucessfully. I send email with my all the proof I have about transection to juicy vegas finance team. They checked my proof and reply me there are no transection through this wallet address and they send me link to going direct to the transection on block chair.then I realized what happen and I go through that link I found they checked, there are two wallets in my binance ,

1.BITCOIN

2.BITCOIN CASH


same wallet address show this two wallet types they are go through

my (BITCOIN CASH) wallet and not the the (BITCOIN )wallet, because I deposit through my BITCOIN wallet this transection.


Then I reply that email please check my BITCOIN wallet address then you can find my 31/05/2023 transection on the block chain.and I mention my prof receipts and documents clearly mention transection sucessfull statement and they were checked my BITCOIN CASH address so please go through my BITCOIN address then you can find my transection. But After few hours I was waiting to my deposit and I try to log in my account there was blocked from finance management. I can't log to my account. I chat with coustomer represntive and they told me can't open your account any more. I asked why it's suddenly happens and the reply was I did send fake docs and their was no transection that day on that wallet address.


I told them clearly they are checking my (BITCOIN CASH ) wallet address and please tell them to check my (BITCOIN)wallet address and tell them to check all the prof. Then I realized no reply from coustomer support and I email them 3times I got 1 reply your account was blocked my finance management. So I am really excited about my money and I am gonna attached all the proof which I have to this complaint.

Hi there


is still no reply from juicy vegas and they are not even reply my private emails which I send for get an update about my deposit. I am really disapointed about the casino and they ignore players who deposit money in their casino. the question is Why there are not checking that deposit carefully with all my proof documents says transection sucessfull and confirmed.


Hopeless situation with no reply lost almost 500$ .

The player sent us a receipt with transaction hash ID a88cae6bb8969d201c21032b10a6a7e63098e1b1b92db22a404f510a9f0f7f54. Please note that this is unique and it will also show you which wallet address was involved in that transaction.

 

The sender’s address for hash ID a88cae6bb8969d201c21032b10a6a7e63098e1b1b92db22a404f510a9f0f7f54 was bc1qm34lsc65zpw79lxes69zkqmk6ee3ewf0j77s3h, yet the client provided you with the sent address as 1MAk2n1w1kSZwtambWnV8egDKcauG9GHW6. This is the first discrepancy spotted, since this is very visible on this link: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/a88cae6bb8969d201c21032b10a6a7e63098e1b1b92db22a404f510a9f0f7f54

 

The second discrepancy is:

The player did send you his sent from address as 1MAk2n1w1kSZwtambWnV8egDKcauG9GHW6 and there was no 0.01819 BTC transacted on the 31st of May as per the original transaction hash given as a88cae6bb8969d201c21032b10a6a7e63098e1b1b92db22a404f510a9f0f7f54 by the player. In all honesty, hash ID a88cae6bb8969d201c21032b10a6a7e63098e1b1b92db22a404f510a9f0f7f54 should be visible on https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/address/1MAk2n1w1kSZwtambWnV8egDKcauG9GHW6

But this is not the case because there is no such transaction.

 

Once again, transaction hash ID a88cae6bb8969d201c21032b10a6a7e63098e1b1b92db22a404f510a9f0f7f54 is unique on the blockchain and it will always display the sent from address. All it needs is to tally with the receipt provided by the player.

 

In the additional blockchain screenshots sent by the player, it is visible that the transaction hash is different as the player circled "3f1d220d2fbf1091af75085ed11da5dda811bdda0ca42f7f83ba180c5e7c2293" as his transaction hash ID for $542.99 which is incorrect.

 

One transaction will never have two hash ID’s on the blockchain – it will be one ID for each transaction.

 

We have for the reasons mentioned above closed the player's account.

I analyzed the data on the blockchain, and here's what I found:

  1. 0,0196 BTC was sent from 1MAk2n1w1kSZwtambWnV8egDKcauG9GHW6 (your wallet address) on 31.5. 2023 at 10:55 AM UTC to bc1qm34lsc65zpw79lxes69zkqmk6ee3ewf0j77s3h.
  2. Then 0,1819 BTC was sent from bc1qm34lsc65zpw79lxes69zkqmk6ee3ewf0j77s3h to 3FBNyJtdnL6GAMAxiVVtZosJMp4nYm1kYB (casino's wallet address) on 31.5 2023, at 12:45 PM UTC.

I am trading and get p2p oders through the binance as a side job.so probebly some one who get oder from me through the p2p oder and sent money to my wallet .and that transection and my transection to the casino account i did happen same time frame within an hour so after i my transection was not showing on my casino account i am totally confused about the money,so i am cheking with juicyvegas casino coustomer service with my transection and they said send the deposit recipts to review however i mixing this 2 transection from my side because both transection amount 503$ and 542$.thats the reason i am dismiss this transection so now i check carefully i found their has a 2 transection mixing.so now you can see clearly my proof recipts and transection.so please let the juicyvegas finance team about this and tell them to put it my deposit back and activate my casino account very soon.

Hi Himesha,

This is getting a little bit confusing. Do you know whose wallet address it is? Is that your Binance wallet? I'm no expert in trading but what do your Binance trading orders have to do with the casino? What we need here is proof that you made a deposit using your wallet to the casino. So far, we found out that your funds went to some different wallet address, and from there, a similar amount went to the casino. I can't help you without some proper and clear explanation.

Yes i cen send your i did send casino account wallet address with my recipt in red box shows casino wallet address.and please check with the casino that address.


And please dont mess with other transection because i did withdrwal from my binance account only that transection that day of 31/05/2023 so i did red box in that shows on my proof too .

Alright, so let's sum it up. If I understand correctly, you sent the money from your wallet to the Binance account and from the Binance account to the casino.

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Unfortunately, it seems that the casino stopped responding entirely. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is also no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and focus on casinos with a valid license in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
