The player from the UK requested a withdrawal, but he has not received his winnings yet. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won several hundred dollars on 2 x free spins coupons. I tried to withdraw $200. They told me they would only honour 1 and pay €100 if I send mr ID and deposit $20, which I did.
several members of the team told me it was ‘paid out’ and i never received any money from them. I have screenshots of the conversations with several members saying it was already paid out which I cannot upload but happy to forward via email.

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.
Before we proceed with this complaint, could you please advise when exactly you requested this withdrawal? Have you made any successful withdrawals before?
