I made 1450 out of 10 Euro no deposit bonus and wanted to withdraw the amount, what I didn't know is that I should only find 100 when I next log in. Then I wrote to support and asked where all the money went. Then the support said the following:

Thanks for the answer. I'm familiar with the Max Cashout, I understand what it's about, but what I don't understand is that Juliana clearly said in the chat that I would get the money if I turn the 100 € into 1000 €. Maybe I didn't describe the facts exactly enough (not meant badly). I'll try to explain exactly what happened. I registered with the bonus code. The 10 € became 1450 €. I then gave them to pay out. When I logged in again, there was only 100 € on it. Taking real money. I then wrote to the support where Juliana explained to me that the € 1450 bonus balance was and that if I increase the € 100 real money now that I get paid out. I asked her twice in the chat and she answered yes twice. And so it happened. I gambled the € 100 real money up to € 1000 and made a payout. When I discovered an entry of 100 € on my account, I contacted the support again and they told me something about Max Cashout in the bonus balance. Das mit dem Max Cashout ist mir geläufig, ich verstehe worum es geht, was ich aber nicht versteh ist das Juliana im Chat ganz klar sagte das ich das Geld bekomm wenn ich aus den 100 € dann 1000€ mache. Vielleicht hab ich den Sachverhalt nicht genau genug geschildert (nicht böse gemeint). Ich versuch mal genau zu erklären was war. Ich hab mich registriert mit dem bonuscode. Aus den 10€ wurden 1450€. Die hab ich dann zur Auszahlung gegeben. Als ich mich wieder eingeloggt habe waren nur noch 100 € drauf. Unter Echtgeld. Ich schrieb dann mit dem Support wo mir Juliana erklärte das die 1450 € Bonusguthaben waren und das wenn ich die 100 € Echtgeld nun vermehre das ich das ausbezahlt bekomme. Das hab ich sie in dem Chat 2 mal gefragt und 2 mal hat sie es bejaht. Und so kam es auch. Ich hab die 100€ Echtgeld auf 1000 € hoch gezockt und zur Auszahlung gebracht. Als ich auf meinem Konto einen Eingang von 100 € entdeckte hab ich mich wieder an den Support gewendet und der erzählte mir was von Max Cashout beim Bonusguthaben. Yes, I also deposited 10 euros via instant transfer, but the 1000 euros were already in the payout. I put a 10 in so that the bank details are clear. It says it is paid out to what you paid in with.
Ja ich hatte auch 10 Euro per Sofort Überweisung eingezahlt aber da waren die 1000€ schon in der Auszahlung. Ich hab einen 10er rein geschoben damit die Bankdaten klar sind. Da steht ja es wird dahin ausgezahlt womit man eingezahlt hat.
