Deposited and won money absolutely fine verified my account again fine

was asked for my account number sort code and name upon withdrawing that was all the information I was asked for withdrawal was approved within 24 hours great!

upon checking my account on jokabet I noticed the Iban number there system has generated was wrong so I contacted them and adviced them it was wrong as I had spoken to my bank who said I wouldn’t reievr payment with the one there system had generated. Iv now been going round in circles for nearly 2 hours with jokabets customer service providing bank statements that they’ve asked for and screen shots of my withdrawal page it’s just getting ridiculous now tbh I’m not going to get my withdrawal as they’ve used the wrong IBAN but there now just taking the P..S

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
