Despite having been a fully verified member for six months and having deposited over £800, he was unable to access his account or verify his current balance. Despite our attempts to communicate with the player for additional information, he did not respond, which led us to dismiss the complaint.

Despite the terms and conditions of the website stating they do not allow UK players to deposit money the casino still allowed me to deposit via there website with no problem. The casino also has collected the payments from my bank account under different merchants. Thus sparking fraudulent concern and activity on my account. Since UK players are not allowed to deposit there yet they are still taking money the bets are not valid to begin with. I was told otherwise on signup that UK players are allowed to deposit money here. Only when i brought it up did they delete my account. This casino is very sketchy, After messaging the casino asking for updates daily they are constantly saying my case is with the team who are looking to sort this, only i have been told that everyday for the past 2 weeks. The casino wont provide any information in regards to the license they hold.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How much did you deposit into the casino? Did you ever process a withdrawal from there? How much is your current real money balance in the casino? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi nick, yes my account was fully verified, and with them for at least 6 months up until about 2 week ago, when i filed the complaint and they removed my account,iv despotised over £800 at the casino, i never processed a withdrawal from there no, i'm unsure of my account balance as of now. I don't have access to the account as they instantly removed it. I have got all email from deposit confirms though, to show how much i spent there. I last spoke with the casino about an hour ago, after they told me the same thing they have been telling me for what feels like forever, tormenting me. I will attach some screenshots to show my correspondence with them and what i am ultimately up against. You can see how they have told me my refund has been issued, then leading me on and going back on there word its unfair. This is just a handful of the chats ive got loads. They are aware ive got mental health personality disorder too, and they just mocked me

Can't the casino let us know regarding your remaining balance there?

Please note that in case you have no remaining balance, a refund is not possible as if you did deposit and lost the funds, it is simply lost like it would be in any other casino.
