I opened an account 26th December and won. I withdrew £1800 however the company kept cancelling my withdrawal. I've complained to the company and they've apologised and said they will process the refund. However I have all proof yet nothing has still happened. The company keep putting off paying me using every excuse even though I've got photo shots proving every conversation, emails confirming refund is being processed.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi, yes my account was verified and I won real money without using and bonuses. I spoke to them yesterday. I've sent everything they have asked for including bank statements to prove the funds haven't gone into my account.

I've been contacted and now told I have to send all my documents as PDF for the investigation. This is now the third investigation the company have done and yet always comes to the conclusion that the payment hasn't been paid out... Then they start yet another investigation. They are doing everything possible not to pay out. It's exhausting

I have sent my bank statements to their support but have black lined the description due to confidential information within it. They are now requesting I send my bank statements showing all information but I have refused as I am legally allowed to black line the statement description to protect myself and others from fraud due to sharing confidential Information. My statement clearly shows that the amount had never cleared into my account. They are using every single excuse now not to payout

My bank has refunded my deposits as the company is a scam . The company are using various off shore accounts and businesses so each deposit you make goes to a different international account. They then refuse to payout withdrawal and drag it out hoping the customer just gives up.

Do I understand it correctly that there's been chargebacks on your deposits? In such case, the casino will never pay out any winnings logically as you did not deposit any money to the casino.

That's exactly why there is charge backs. They refused to pay my winning for nearly 6 weeks. I spoke to my bank and my bank said they are a fraudulent account and charged back the money. Casino had plenty of time to pay the winnings

Hello sarah25,

As your deposits returned from the casino, they will never pay you and will probably just close your account. In such cases, there is nothing we can do as you intentionally refunded your money.

The complaint will be now closed for all the above stated reasons.
