I joined jokabet yesterday,put 20 pound on,which was excepted, so I played the game I chose and won 160 pounds 20 pounds is what they gave me so that leaves 140 pounds,I wanted to withdraw 100 pound as this is the amount you are allowed to withdraw at one time,and no less,so I put in withdraw and they would not let me do this ,kept saying we will send an email to enable me to go back on to the site so I can do this,any no email came ,I tried several times,then I spoke to there chat line,and they have said we don't have your email ,and now they have locked me out of the site,so kept trying with my email pluss the password I got on site with in first place,and it says wrong password, so I put forgot password and then they are saying we will send you a message to my email to reset password, still no e mail,to do this,
