The player from the United Kingdom had been waiting for a withdrawal for less than two weeks. Unfortunately, his payout hadn't been received yet. He claimed that the online casino, Jokabet, cancelled withdrawals within 24 hours, despite his account being fully verified. We asked the player to provide a screenshot of his withdrawal history and enquired about his past withdrawal experiences. However, the player did not respond to our request for additional information. As a result, we couldn't investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I’d like to make a complaint in ref to jokabet. Firstly I am in the UK and know that within the ts and cs it states the UK is restricted.


However it states the uk when registering, changed the currency to £ and allowed me to deposit. I am also barred via my banking app for gambling along with a system GAMBAN which barrs all websites and apps that allow gambling. Yet was still able to deposit on this site. I had deposited in total around £760 on jokabet.


I won £550 back which is still sitting in my account on jokabet. They will not allow funds to be withdrawn. They just email stating this has been cancelled. No reasons why or have to resolve this just cancelled. You cannot contact them online chat or by phone. I have sent numerous emails not even 1 reply. I’ve tried withdrawing on 6 occasions still not able to.


I know it states the uk is restricted yet it allows to you deposit using the correct currency surely this is illegal or a scam. I have read reviews on this company at which states this is fraud and a scam. Regardless of t’s and c’s if the UK is restricted then this company has a responsibility to not allow deposits if they cannot withdraw there winnings . I will not be closing this case untill resolved! As a resolution I would like all my funds returned I have contacted my bank who are also investigating this company.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

Jokabet cancels withdrawals within 24 hours. I have tried on 6 occasions to withdraw. The 14 days stands no merit here as stated above withdrawals are cancelled within 24 hours meaning the process begins again. My account is fully verified with photo id and history all correct.
