I was able to play it before but it’s doing it again

I would like to ask Joka Room Casino to join us and explain what is causing difficulties to load the website. Is there any specific reason why is it not working or any advice how should the player access the site?

Unfortunately the casino hasn’t provided any answer on this case. Do you still experience the same problem with the casino? However, I would like to ask Joka Room Casino again to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

It doesn’t do it all the time but it is doing it now I was playing but I got out of it and went back into jokaroom and it’s just loading that’s it

I would like to ask Joka Room if they could inform us what could cause this trouble as we are receiving more complaints from Australia about the site not loading properly. Maybe if we would know the cause we could help more player at once.

We record more complaints about Joka Room Casino not loading properly, but there isn't anything we can help you with in this specific case. The casino claims that they are monitoring your account and hopefully they will be able to solve loading problems for Australian players altogether. However, until your complaint is not related to something we are able to help you with, we are forced to reject your complaint.
