I have tried to access the casino website with Australian VPN (Virtual Private Network) and didn’t experience the same difficulties. Unfortunately the casino hasn’t provided any answer on this case. Do you still experience the same problem with the casino? However, I would like to ask Joka Room Casino again to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

It doesn’t do it all the time but it is doing it now I was playing but I got out of it and went back into jokaroom and it’s just loading that’s it

After consulting with colleagues about your case we came to a conclusion. We record more complaints about Joka Room Casino not loading properly, but there isn't anything we can help you with in this specific case.
