The player from Canada has requested a withdrawal more than 2 weeks ago. The payment has been split into several installments and all of them are pending since. After some time player got winnings through wire transfer.

So I dont even know where to start I withdrawled at 9500 dollars. My kyc was all verified my withdrawl was approved they told me 2000 a day would be sent to my bank until 9500 was payed out. That was on may 13. I still havent got nothing I sent them my bank statement showing I have not got even a penney from them. I have emailed support and nothing I have contacted live chat and nothing just a run around. They tell me I have to contact my bank I have my account is fine. My bank tell me there nothing they can do. The casino has to trace these payments. So I ask the casino to verify the bank info they give me the right bank info so somewhere along the lines someone screwed up or something ..I just want my 9500.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. Knowing that you have completed the KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. The payments arent pending. Apparently they were sent to my bank. But I have not gotten anything. And joka room isnt helping me at all. It should of been in my bank already

So I tried again to talk to live chat TOOK FOREVER AND then he responds to me by send bank statement your withdrawl has already been paid. Then he disconnected the chat. I HAVE SENT TWO BANK STAYEMNTS SHOWING I NEVER GOT PAID. HE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A CHANCE.

I looked at your complaint and will do my best to help you. I would like to invite Joka Room Casino into this conversation. Player claims that he never received money to his account. Can you give us some statement of withdrawal status, please? He also contacted his bank and they gave him statement which shows that he never got paid. If you already sent the money, please provide some evidence to my e-mail address: viliam.v@casino.guru.

They did send the money. I just never got it in my bank account.

Hey soo close this.. after the casino and I tried many differnt thing and after many pit boss I finally found a pit boss that made me very happy. Shout out to missy. But yes they bank wired my money I got it less then 24hrs. Amazing and all in one payment. So thank u.

Hi Viliam,


We have received the players query only when she got back to us and to inform us that she had not received the funds. Our team had to go and check with our payment processor to find out that the receiving account details was incorrectly supplied and thus resulted in the funds not reaching the correct account. We have since been in contact with the client to have the issue resolved.
