The player from Australia is struggling to contact casino support regarding her delayed withdrawal. The player played all her winnings and closed her account, therefore we couldn't proceed with further investigation and we were forced to reject the complaint.

im a vip jokaroom player. Ive been able to withdraw from this casino with no problems. The problems started when my 2nd credit card took about 4 weeks to be verified and while I had won several times, I could not withdraw. Played thru those amounts and, yep all this time and maybe 3rd or 4th win now, all over 1000...no option to withdraw. A cancelled system error cancells the withdraw followed up by waiting in a queue for 20 min at a time and constantly told " one moment or im checking with our security team to see what the problem is". Tell you what the problem is, they can take thousands with no option to withdraw!

The card is verified, however cannot withdraw, keep getting pop up cancelled error and have spent hours trying to resolve this issue. You responded faster written to customer support...they haven’t even responded.

I cancelled my acct with this Jokaroom. Every time I played I would have to contact customer support. The last conversation I had with one of their agents took over an hour and still was not resolved. I received a letter confirming cancellation and they said they would still work to resolve the matter, I've not heard anything back. So played thru balance and cancelled acct.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you under these circumstances because you played all of your winnings (and closed the account), therefore we have to reject your complaint. I understand that this situation would never happen if you could withdraw your winnings in the first place, however we could help you only if you had some balance left.
