Absoltely ridiculous customer service from JokaRoom. I was waiting over an hour to make one $50 deposit and it would not load. I then went to live chat and waited another 10 minutes to speak to 'Tori' who said she would look at my account and only be a few minutes, she took half an hour to reply to all my messages and all she said was log out and in again which i had tried multiple times, once i told her that well...... of course i am still waiting to hear back from her and this sin't the first time i've experienced this issue. the worst customer service i have ever experienced and the wait times for everything is out of this world. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
