The player from Australia had his funds disappeared from the bank account without his consent. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Joka room has illegally taken money from my bank account. On the 28/5 with a bunch of small transactions. When i originally brought it to there attention they said they where aware that something was up...
Since then with numerous live chats and emails there just bull shitting me and talking in circles.
My bank is taking its sweeet time to do anything. Can anyone else actually help
