Thank you for submitting your query. Since last March 2020, we have received many complaints from the regular players (non-VIPs) with the same issue. As far as we know, even if the casino has been closed for rebranding, regular players are still able to withdraw their winnings through casino support jokaservice@jokaroom.net.
However, apparently, there’s a lounge which is still available for the VIP players.
Could you please advise the exact casino website link since Joka Room is marked in our database as closed? When was the last time when you’ve logged into your account successfully? Looking forward to hearing from you.
