The player from Australia has experienced a technical problem. Consequently, he requested his account to be closed. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
On the game Money Train i purchased a 30cent bonus at a cost of 24 dollars,then the bonus dropped and the game then glitched send me back to the lobby..the 24 dollars was taken from my balance so i thought if i went back to the game money train the bonus would continue but it did not and nor did the 24 dollars return to my balance..so i purchased the same bonus hoping it would not charge me but it did.so i went through my game history and it clearly shows a 24 dollar bet with a zero win..which if you know the game money train,it is not possible to get a zero win bonus due to the fact that the bonus starts you off with 3 different multipliers..The casino considered there to be no irregularities so they closed the matter,in turn i closed my account because i got fucked off and angry then sent a nasty email.
