$8880 in unauthorised transactions from jokaroom.

In total $8880 has been taken from my account from jokaroom processor Rrog.

Ive reached out to the casino but have been told the same thing over and over again, that my complaint has been escalated and that they will reach out to me with 24 to 48 hours via email or phone regarding the return of my money, but I havent recieved either and its been 2 weeks.

They have a live chat, which I've been messaging and everytime i ask them about the process of my dispute they avoid the questions or just end the chat.
