Hi I was playing with the Joka Room company in Melbourne Victoria on my phone . I had approx $4000 or just a little over . I woke Up to withdraw my money. And it showed as $1512 . This is totally incorrect . I wish I had took a photo of the balance . They are lying to me please help me

I have emailed them several time and there saying that I played up until that amount which is not incorrect .

could you please look into they are trying to scam me
