The player from Australia had her bank account hacked and money withdrawn without her consent. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Johnny kash has been hacked and they won’t reply to emails I have had illegal withdrawals my bank is currently trying to get funds returned we’re they have been hacked they are taking no fault it’s currently with my banks fraud division and I have lost 400 in withdrawals that I withdrew to my account but because it was hacked they now cannot pay it

Still nothing all the bank can tell me is it’s a Nigerian hacker and my chances of getting money refunded is zero and to ask the casino but I have done this and they are refusing to have any pet and they are not answering emails I can’t find a reputable casino they have either taken money or take a lot more than they should for deposits and withdrawals
Also update as of today it’s $800 even though my card was cancelled they were pending on there all up it’s $800 the bank has said it’s digitally hacked I can’t even add it as fraud it cause I had originally handed over my card details 😭😭😭😭

Since your bank is investigating already this issue, the only recommendation from our side is to contact an independent website https://mychargeback.com/. If I understand it correctly and your funds have been deducted from your bank account, this company will try to negotiate with the bank and arrange a chargeback up till 90 days since the transaction. Unfortunately, there is one catch, if you chose this way you might experience difficulties with other casinos in the future. However, I still believe it’s worth of trying.
