Hello, on 20.09 I created an account and deposited PLN 500 using Mifinity to Jettbet. After a few days I performed positive verification on the account. On Saturday, 28.09 I ordered a withdrawal of PLN 2,000 to Mifinity, I had PLN 8,900 left on my account. I did not receive any response regarding my withdrawal. Today, 1.10 when I tried to log in to my Jettbet account it turned out that it had been blocked. The total amount that is on my Jettbet account is PLN 10,900. Support does not respond to emails, live chat service tells me to write emails to the appropriate department.

Hello, my account was verified on 22.09 at around 12:30, attached is a screenshot taken by me when I could still log into my account. I am also attaching photos from my livechat conversations. I have never received any response to my emails from Jettbet, I asked about the status of my withdrawal, I asked later why my account was blocked, I asked what happened to my money. I have not received any email with a response.


To answer your second question, I have never used any bonus on the Jettbet website, the funds that I have in my account come from my deposit (PLN 500) and the rest from the winnings that I obtained. Total amount around PLN 10,900.


My last contact with Jettbet was yesterday on livechat, I am attaching a screenshot of the conversation. I also wrote an email yesterday, also without a response.
