Good day. My underage son unlocked my smartphone without my knowledge and illegally created an account there, made abusive deposits with my Neteller account and (underaged) placed bets. After catching him and alerting the casino to what had happened, I was referred to the T&Cs, no refund is possible. This is about 19 euros that don't hurt the casino, you could have decided individually in my favor. For me, 19 euros is a lot of money. I didn't want to have an account there and didn't even get a chance to read the terms and conditions because my son opened the account.
My only mistake was that I had forgotten my smartphone at home. Unfortunately it is not possible to watch children 24/7. With such a good reputation, the casino could have taken this into account. Especially at 19 euros don't "make out". Too bad, bad casino, its reputation is not justified. You can do business like that...

I don't have an account there and didn't want one. My Neteller account was used to deposit, the amount was €19. Fortunately, there was no more credit on the Neteller account, so the damage is limited.
