The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions. The player later informed us that the casino processed the withdrawal, therefore we marked the complaint as resolved.

Hi.

Next casino and next problem.

I make a account on jet casino, make deposit a few times and I win 3400pln.

So, I try make a withdrawal but before I must verifity my account, thats fine.

I send selfie, proof of adress etc, everything ok.

I received email message about my account is fully verified.

So i try make a withdrawal this same options like deposit (jeton)

At the morning I want to checl so i opened casino website and I see my withdrawal was cancelled, I try speak on livee chat but this agent tell me if a payment error u must try again.

Ok a make a next withdrawal request after few mins same problem, withdrawal cancelled.

Agent on live chat cant tell me why.

Is anybody can help me?

At this moment I try bank transfer via SEPA I added bank statement like proof of bank account this still nothing

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence.

Do I understand correctly that this was your first withdrawal attempt? Also, do I understand correctly that you requested a withdrawal via an alternative withdrawal method (bank transfer)? Is the request still pending or has it been canceled?

Thanks for your answer.

At this moment I try use SEPA mothed like bank transfer but I not sure about this becouse all deposit I make via JETON and in rules jet casino I see info about deposit and withdrawal method must be this same, but at this moment I not want make any more deposit on this casino, becouse I'm not sure about my money.

Around 9am I make a bank transfer via SEPA method and waiting.

I write email message on the support ale agent send me message about my withdrawal ia processing but on the website is still in pending, by the way at this moment is not decline, so basically I must waiting I not sure how long this website have pending time, 24 or 48hours.

I let u know about any updates and I hope if 'll be any problem u can help me

I have just 1 question more, becouse I see in rules and in casino review about this jet casino have a very quickly pending time (quickly haha) 24hours, but now on live chat 1 agent when I ask why casino support tell me about my withdrawal was processing successfull but still on site is in pending and i can cancel this any time, so this man tell me this process from casino side was successful but now this pending time is system payment time, but I complete not understand, so for example if casino accepted withdrawal then I cant cancel this request yeah? So agent tell me about was successfull but I can still cancel in history page, so where is the true?

Thank you for your reply, Mciepllyy. Unfortunately, as I do not work for the casino, I cannot answer your question correctly. The only thing I can recommend at this point is to not cancel the withdrawal and wait for a few more days to see if it is processed or canceled again.

We usually give the casino two full weeks to process each payment. I will keep this complaint open and if there’s no development by the end of this time frame, we will intervene.
