The player from India has been experiencing difficulties withdrawing his winnings for more than two weeks. Casino stopped responding.
Raise withdrawal request on 11 oct 2020 but withdrawal amout not credited till today 27 oct 2020 in my account. daily following with customer support, many emails send bit no response. one of the worst service provider in gambling industry on name of customer service

I understand that this have been discussed with you over the past 2 weeks. The payment was sent on the 15th of October in two batches of 100,000 Rs, via our processor as credit card refunds.
As I have been informed you were sent the confirmation numbers of the transactions today to your email.

Keep it up on the very good service you are providing to customers. Just a few points in order to appreciate the way of working in Jeetplay:
1.. Jeetplay is the only company for which the bank is defining 21 days of money transfer time lines(for IMPS transaction). Also in 21 working days money still not getting credited to customer account.
2. Jeetplay is the only one industry where payment finance teams are not working over weekends. And Monday to Friday they are not having time to reply customer email. Customer may send 25 email as reminder to their payment team but no one got time in last 21 days to reply.
4. Jeetplay is the only service provider in the world that gives a statement on chat support that they are unable to help customer on withdrawal request and always stating that they will find the right SPOC for customer in order to resolve their issues whenever they want/as per their convenience. For name sake only they are providing chat support and chat support team don’t have any contact with Jeetplay payment/finance team internally.
@ Casino Guru/Villiam : Please note i have raised withdrawal amount of 2Lac from my jeetplay account on 11 Oct. as per chat support team info money is transferred from their end on 15 Oct. today is 31 Oct but i haven't received single penny in my account. Can you please support me in order to get my money from Jeetplay finance team.
I really begged over email to their team and requested 25 times over email that please provide me update but no one provided me any support or information.

I'm in contact with Casino affiliate and he stated that they had some problems with payment processor which has released payment for you on 15th October but they ended cooperation with this provider. It means that they are not able to track the payment anymore. Only info which they have is that this transaction can take up to 21 working days. Unfortunately, we have nothing to do just wait.
If they released the payment on 15.10.2020 and they need 21 working days to credit the payment to your account, it means that you should receive it at the latest on 13.11.2020.
Please, be patient and let me know if you'll receive your winnings.
For now I'll extend the timer by 13 days which should be enough time to get the payment.
No Casino Guru Team. I haven't recieved any winning amout. I also send multiple reminders to jeet24/jeetplay team but no single email response from them. when i contactacted chat support team than they clearly mentioned to me they are unable to support.
please support me in order to get my money back from them.

We would like to ask the Jeet24 Casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.
I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.
