Hello i used to play on jeet play more than 1 year, Now i win some money from jeetplay, but they blocked my account and refused to give winning money, they shows different types of excuses, i gave all the documents and proof but they don't give me my money. Please solve this.

This bad review comes as a surprise. Why don't you share the facts with Casino Guru instead of writing false facts?


This player registered under someone else's identity (different name and surname) and when we started verification, we noticed that the credentials on the account did not match the person who had deposited or claimed to play on the account.


Upon further investigation and chats with support the player claimed his real name is Nitin but likes the name Riddhi, so used it upon registration. So we immediately blocked his account for review, due to a suspected breach of our terms for 3rd party deposits and use on an account. Later this was confirmed with proof of documentation and player acknowledging that Riddhi is a different person.


After this we have been receiving messages through Riddhi's email asking about his "friend's" pending withdrawal and to answer him (Nitin) on his personal email which is not associated with the account.


The player broke the rules, and there are consequences to these actions. The player should explain to us in the first place why he used a friend's name and not his own. Temporary freezing of an account is going to happen when we ask for a bank statement and ID and see it doesn't match. These are standard KYC checks and procedures.

I have give all the documents, which you asked to me.

My bank statement where i always deposited money for playing.

Also when i create id i have submitted all my documents, the only fact is that i usesd user name of my friend and his birthday, which is not at all problem, i used to play every time my own account and deposit money from my bank account. I gave all the proof but still you don't release my winning money. It's so disgusting

I used my friend name for play because i like her name and there is no any other reason to use her name. I registered with all my documents which are issued by government and also it's legal documents of mine.

And i uses live casino game lighting dice mostly. And uses pure Money, no bonus, no credit etc. Used by me.

Why casino isn't refunded money if i played with wrong identity?

When we lost money on casino,why casino management raised questions about account? If we win by mistake casiono raised such types of dispute.
