Hello, I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely frustrating experience I have had with Jacktop Casino, which I believe involves unfair practices designed to prevent players from withdrawing their winnings. My ordeal began on 14th July 2024, when I claimed their welcome bonus and began playing on the site. I successfully wagered my winnings and proceeded to request a withdrawal via the same payment method I used for my deposit.

After submitting the withdrawal request, I followed their verification process by providing all the required documentation, including my ID, utility bill, bank statements, MiFinity screenshots, and even a selfie with my ID. Despite confirming that my account was verified, Jacktop Casino canceled my withdrawal and removed the payment method I had used, leaving only Jeton as an option, which I did not have at the time.

To comply, I created a Jeton wallet specifically for the withdrawal and verified it. However, Jacktop Casino repeatedly asked for additional verification in the form of selfies with handwritten notes (I submitted seven of these). They then requested further selfies holding my ID and showing my casino profile page on my laptop screen. I complied by sending four such images. After this, I was informed again that my account was verified, and the withdrawal would proceed.

Despite these assurances, the entire process has dragged on for over two months. I have contacted their support team frequently, but no resolution has been reached. Two days ago, after making another withdrawal request, my account was blocked. Upon contacting Jacktop Casino, I was told that I now need to undergo a video verification process to access my funds.

I feel completely helpless and frustrated. I have been told multiple times that my account is verified, only for the casino to continue demanding more intrusive verification steps. I am genuinely concerned about the security of my personal information after sharing so many sensitive documents and photos, and I no longer trust this site.

I believe this is a deliberate attempt to prevent me from accessing my rightful winnings, and I want to warn other players to be aware of these deceptive practices. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and holding Jacktop Casino accountable for their actions.
