I made a withdrawal of 5000, after a few days my account was blocked and support stopped responding.


It is now 2 weeks later and I have not heard anything from the casino, and they no longer answer...

Hello,


I started sometime in the last week of 2023.


I made the profit on the night of January 1 (I thought a good start to the new year)


I didn't play with bonuses (just bet money)


I was told by support (and manager Olivier) that it will take between 3-5 days.


On day 4 I asked the status and was blocked, otherwise the support did not answer in any way.


I then created an account with a friend using his email address. we asked some questions in the live chat and received an immediate answer.


We kept asking questions and asked why no response was given to my email/account and then we were annoyed again.
